$ pricing --faq
- Can I use the free plan for a product that makes money?
- Yes. That's the point of it. Some monitoring services restrict their free tier to personal, non-commercial use; ours doesn't. Monitor your SaaS, your client's site, your side project that charges — all fine.
- What actually changes when I pay?
- Faster checks (every minute instead of every five), more monitors, and the things that need a human on the other end: alerts to Slack, Discord, or a webhook; certificate and domain expiry warnings; heartbeat monitors for cron jobs; incident notes and maintenance windows on your status page; 90 days of history instead of 30; and no its200 branding on the page.
- Is there a per-seat or per-status-page charge?
- No. One price, one account, one public status page. Invite nobody; there's nothing to invite them to — the status page is the shared view.
- Annual billing?
- Pay yearly and get two months free: $50/yr for Solo, $150/yr for Team. Switch between monthly and yearly any time in the billing portal.
- What if I cancel?
- Your plan drops to free at the end of the period and your monitors keep running within the free limits — nothing is deleted. Within the first 30 days of a paid plan there's a no-questions refund.
- Multi-region checks? SMS? TCP or ping monitors?
- Not yet, on purpose. its200 is HTTPS checks and heartbeats, done carefully, from one place. If a check fails we retry before alerting, which catches most blips. If you need five continents and a phone call, a bigger tool will serve you better.
